Memory Items: Each memory item is lovingly handcrafted using your personal items, making every piece truly one-of-a-kind. Because of this customization, returns and exchanges can’t be accepted.

Clothing: Because our onesies/shirts are made to order through our print partner, we don’t accept returns or exchanges for wrong sizes or change of mind. Please double-check your size and order details before placing your order.

That said, your happiness matters deeply to us. If something isn’t quite right with your memory order, or if your item arrives damaged, misprinted, or defective please reach out within 7 days of receiving it (with photos of the issue) and we’ll do our best to make it right or work with our print provider to send a replacement or issue a refund.
