Typical turnaround time is approximately 4-6 weeks from when I receive the keepsake items. During busy seasons (March-May or October-December) the time may vary. Ordering sooner vs later is always recommended.

I am able to use teeshirts, baby clothing, baby blankets, receiving blankets, sweatshirts, jerseys, military or police uniforms, among other items. Heavy denim can be used upon request but the price may change. 

I use high quality thread, fusible interfacing, an industrial grade sewing machine and 100% cotton backing/binding to preserve the integrity of memory items. Choosing the backing and binding is 100% customer choice and consultation occurs during the "customization" phase of the process by either email, text, phone call or zoom. 

Memory quilts or keepsake items should be spot cleaned for any heavy stains. They are machine washable on cold, delicate cycle and should be air dried. Do not use heat! This will destabilize the interfacing, and can cause breakage on logos. These quilts are made to be used and are stitched to last years with the right care.
